CONDITIONS OF SALE / RETURN POLICY

• MillTown Paper, Inc. is a distributor of Odd Lot and Job Lot Paper.
• MillTown Paper guarantees our customer will find paper furnished to be suitable for the purpose intended. If not, we will accept return with no restocking charge on all unused paper that is in good condition. MillTown Paper is unable to credit for paper once it has been cut or printed.
• Paper that is returned must be rewrapped with headers and core plugs to protect the rolls from damage. Butt rolls, damaged rolls or rolls with crushed cores will not receive full credit.
• While we are able to guarantee our paper, we are unable to accept claims for presstime, downtime, waiting time, washups, blankets, cost of replacement or any other charges.
• The total extent of our warranty is the return of unused paper in good condition.
• Paper returned for other than runnability reasons will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
• No claims or returns will be accepted beyond 90 days from date of invoice.
• Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization.
